Handling enquiries submitted through the contact form (name, company, email and message): the legal basis is taking steps at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract, and their consent.

Managing the contractual relationship arising from the services contracted: the legal basis is the performance of the contract.

Obtaining aggregated statistics on the use and performance of the website: the legal basis is the legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used and improving it (see “Cookieless usage statistics”).

Our hosting provider obtains aggregated visit statistics, such as page views, the referring page, load times, or the type of browser and device. To do so it uses, among other tools, Cloudflare Web Analytics. These tools do not install cookies or other identifiers on your device, do not track your browsing on other sites and do not create user profiles.

Cloudflare, Inc. processes this technical data on behalf of the controller, acting as data processor. Cloudflare may process it outside the European Economic Area; such transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Contact request data is kept for as long as needed to deal with the request, or until you ask us to erase it. If a contractual relationship begins, it will be kept for as long as that relationship continues. Once that relationship has ended, the data will be blocked for the period legally required to address any potential liabilities, after which it will be permanently deleted.

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law. It is only accessed, as data processors and with adequate safeguards, by our technology providers (hosting, database, analytics and email). Form data is stored in a database hosted in the European Union.

Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw their consent, at any time by writing to administracion@torredog.com. Where necessary, we will ask you to verify your identity.

Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with the applicable regulations.
